LINCOLN - It was the right call but the wrong result if you ask Scottsbluff Head Coach Jud Hall.

Scottsbluff fell to Omaha Skutt in the Class B state championship for the second consecutive year on Monday night.

After trailing by 14 in the fourth quarter, Scottsbluff quarterback Sabastian Harsh ran in his third touchdown of the game with less than three minutes to play. The Bearcats went for two, and the lead, but the Skutt defense kept Harsh out to secure the 21-20 victory.

Harsh led the Bearcat offense with 42 carries for 216 yards and three scores.

Grant Diesling paced Skutt, rushing for 120 yards and a score on ten carries. Quarterback Tyson Gordon added 65 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries.

The win marks Skutt's fifth state title.
