Circus coming to Kimball mid-July

KIMBALL -- Kimball Farmer’s Day is sponsoring the Culpepper & Merriweather Circus to come to town July 14.
Being its third time in Kimball, the C&M Circus will be presenting a brand new 2024 performance. It will feature Trey Key, the Aerialist Extraordinaire Simone on the trapeze, bareback horse riders, the Perez Daredevil Duo on the tight rope and wheel of destiny, Elizabeth Ayala’s foot juggling and hair hang, and the Circus Clown Leo Acton.
The circus will be held at the High School grounds at 901 S. Nadine Street. Guests can arrive at 9:30 a.m. to watch the Big Top rise and get a chance for a behind-the-scenes tour of the show. At 1 p.m., there are pony rides, the moon bounce, a giant slide, face painting, and the concession stand.
The two Circus performances will be at 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., both lasting about an hour and a half.
Presale tickets are $13 for adults and $8 for senior citizens and kids. The prices at the gate on the day of the event will be $16 for adults and $9 for senior citizens and kids.
You can buy tickets ahead of time at the following vendors: The Sagebrush, Nebraska coffee, Kimball public library, Kimball State Bank, Points West Community bank, Firstier Bank, and Mainstreet market.
