Platte Valley Companies donates to Scottsbluff Public Schools

Platte Valley Companies is donating $125,000 to Scottsbluff elementary schools.

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Platte Valley Companies is donating $125,000 to Scottsbluff elementary schools.

This donation will go towards a new modernized play experience for children.

Work will begin this Summer with Roosevelt and Longfellow elementary schools.

Scottsbluff Public Schools foundation was founded in 1988 and is kicking off the PlayStrong project by accepting the donation.

The foundation will be covering $75,000 with an additional $50,000 funded by the District.
