CRAWFORD, Neb. -- Foul play is not suspected in the death of a Crawford School District employee who was found unresponsive Friday morning.

Dawes County Attorney and Coroner Vance Haug has called for an autopsy and toxicological screening in the death of 55-year-old Diane Reynoldson, whose body was discovered at Crawford Elementary School. No specific cause of death has been determined yet.

Authorities were called to the school Friday morning at approximately 9:00 a.m. A family member became concerned when Reynoldson did not answer her phone, Haug said.

The family member then went to the school, which was on spring break, and discovered Reynoldson unresponsive on the floor.

Reynoldson was taken via ambulance to Chadron Community Hospital, but medical personnel was unable to revive her.

Haug said the initial investigation, which included interviews and a review of the scene, did not suggest foul play.
