New retirement community being constructed in Scottsbluff
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - On July 11th, the ceremonial ribbon cutting for Northfield Retirement Communities took place.
They will begin construction on a brand-new residential subdivision located at the Residency (2100 Circle Drive, Scottsbluff).
The new duplex’s will be 1,500sq ft. With 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with attached garages. When completed there will be nine buildings and 18 living units.
Features that are included are tax deduction via Life Care, Independent and privacy, all utilities included, and no yard work, snow removal, maintenance, property taxes and more.
Northfield Retirement Communities are a Continuing Care Retirement Community and specializes in independent living, assisted living, and skilled based skilled nursing services.
They are the only CCRC in the Panhandle. Duplexes are being built now and are accepting deposits.
