SIDNEY - The Sidney Police Department is investigating a domestic violence incident that led to the arrest of a 46-year-old man. 

Sidney Police said 46-year-old Todd Knoll was placed in custody on July 15. He's accused of becoming violent toward different individuals, threatening to kill anyone who entered his house, and pointing a gun at people. 

Authorities said Knoll told them he never placed his hands on anyone but admitted to threatening to shoot anyone that walked into his home. 

According to the arrest affidavit, police found multiple handguns and a baggy of cocaine when searching Knoll. 

Sidney Police said Knoll is charged with three counts of felony possession of firearm by prohibited person, felony possession of a controlled substance, felony terroristic threats, three counts of felony use of firearm in commission, and third-degree domestic assault.
