SIDNEY - An internet outage at the Flood Communications studios was blamed for knocking a pair of radio stations off the air in Sidney Tuesday.
987 The Big Boy (KSID-FM) and Cheyenne County Country (KSID-AM) were off-air early Tuesday morning because of the technical difficulties.
The station's phone lines were also unavailable Tuesday morning.
Station Manager Hunter Arterburn said they had a technical team surveying the issue and hoped to be back on the air with normal programming as soon as possible. He thanked listeners for their patience and apologized for the inconvenience.
He says if you ever need to contact the radio station, please email thebigboy@newschannelnebraska.com or find both stations on social media.
