The Potter community will be celebrating the Christmas season Sunday, December 4.

The day includes shopping opportunities with several fundraiser booths and activities for the family. A baked-potato lunch benefiting the Prairie West Church Youth Group is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Potter Sundry.

The Youth Volleyball program will be selling Hot Chocolate Bombs at the Coyote Caller building from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Goodies by the Pound will also be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Build your dream cookie platter without turning your kitchen into a mess. The PD Early Learning Facility will be hosting a silent auction of holiday gifts and handmade wreaths inside the grocery store. 

The Downtown Museum will be open noon to 4 p.m., and the Potter Library will be open noon to 2:30 p.m.

Duckpin Bowling will be available 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and Christmas movies will be played upstairs adjacent to the Duckpin Bowling from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Elementary and pre-school children will perform outside of the visitor center from from 1 pm. to 1:30 p.m. 

Santa Claus is due to arrive and meet with children 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Potter Express outside of the Visitor Center.

Come decorate a sugar cookie at the Potter Sundry between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Build your own gingerbread house at the Visitors Center between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. 

The Chuckaboo Station, A Collective Gathering and Bags Bar will be open for shopping Sunday as well.
