TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Connor Vanover's 23 points helped Oral Roberts defeat Omaha 73-64 on Saturday night.

Vanover also had 10 rebounds and four blocks for the Golden Eagles (19-4, 10-0 Summit League). Max Abmas scored 18 points and added five rebounds and five assists. Issac McBride had 13 points and seven rebounds. The Golden Eagles picked up their sixth straight win.

The Mavericks (7-16, 3-8) were led in scoring by Marquel Sutton, who finished with 19 points and six rebounds. Frankie Fidler added 17 points and 10 rebounds for Omaha. Luke Jungers also had nine points.

Pope sparks Oregon State to 60-52 victory over Colorado

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Jordan Pope scored 17 of his 19 points in the second half and Oregon State rallied to beat Colorado 60-52 on Saturday night.

Pope, who missed all three of his 3-pointers in the first half, sank 5 of 7 in the second for the Beavers (9-13, 3-8 Pac-12 Conference). Glenn Taylor Jr. pitched in with 14 points and 12 rebounds for his first double-double of the season and the second of his career.

Tristan da Silva notched his second double-double for the Buffaloes (12-11, 4-8), scoring 22 points with 15 rebounds. Da Silva made 9 of 21 shots with four 3-pointers. J'Vonne Hadley totaled 11 points and seven rebounds.

Da Silva had seven points and Ethan Wright came off the bench to score six as Colorado took a 26-25 lead into halftime. The Buffaloes led by seven midway through the half. Michael Rataj hit a 3-pointer to pull the Beavers even at 22 with 3:36 to go. Wright answered with a 3-pointer and Hadley made 1 of 2 free throws before Nick Krass hit a 3-pointer with 31 seconds left to get Oregon State within a point.

Pope sank three straight 3-pointers, Oregon State turned a three-point deficit into a 40-36 lead with 11:13 left to play, and the Beavers never trailed again. Pope followed a Taylor layup with his fourth 3-pointer over a span of 4:38 to give Oregon State its biggest lead at 45-36 with 8:50 left to play.

Oregon State shot 38% overall to Colorado's 35%. Both teams made seven 3-pointers although the Buffaloes needed six more attempts than the Beavers.

Boise State defeats Colorado State 80-59

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Tyson Degenhart scored 22 points as Boise State beat Colorado State 80-59 on Saturday night.

Degenhart went 10 of 11 from the field for the Broncos (17-5, 7-2 Mountain West Conference). Chibuzo Agbo added 17 points while finishing 4 of 9 from 3-point range and 5 for 5 from the line, and he also had six rebounds and seven assists. Naje Smith recorded 16 points.

The Rams (10-12, 2-7) were led by Isaiah Stevens, who posted 19 points, five assists and two steals. Jalen Lake added nine points for Colorado State.

Boise State took the lead with 19:09 remaining in the first half and did not relinquish it. The score was 44-29 at halftime, with Agbo racking up 14 points. Boise State pulled away with an 11-2 run in the second half to extend a 10-point lead to 19 points. They outscored Colorado State by six points in the final half, as Degenhart led the way with a team-high 11 second-half points.

Allen has 23 as UMKC takes down Denver 70-60

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Shemarri Allen's 23 points helped UMKC defeat Denver 70-60 on Saturday night.

Allen added nine rebounds, five assists, and four steals for the Kangaroos (10-13, 6-4 Summit League). Rayquawndis Mitchell scored 13 points, going 3 of 14 from the floor, including 3 for 10 from distance, and 4 for 4 from the line. Allen David Mukeba Jr. was 4-of-6 shooting and 2 of 4 from the free-throw line to finish with 10 points, while adding four blocks.

The Pioneers (12-12, 3-8) were led in scoring by Tommy Bruner, who finished with 19 points and two steals. Tevin Smith added 17 points and two blocks for Denver.
