3rd Annual Big Boy BIG St. Paddy's Day Party to help raise funds for King's Daughters

SIDNEY - An annual St. Patrick's Day party will again raise money for a Cheyenne County organization.
Radio station 987 The Big Boy and The Rock Sports Bar & Grill in Sidney announced Monday, The Big Boy BIG St. Paddy's Day Party on Friday, March 17 will benefit the King's Daughters.
For the third-straight year, a free-will donation breakfast of will be held to start the St. Patrick's celebration from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Proceeds from the pancake breakfast will go to the King's Daughters, an organization that has a 132-year history of service to the charitable needs of Cheyenne County. The Sidney Wide Awake Circle of King's Daughters was founded in 1891 by military wives of Ft. Sidney soldiers.
Money was raised for PlainsWest CASA in Cheyenne, Deuel, and Kimball Counties during the 2022 St. Patrick's Day party.
Corned beef and cabbage, along with The Rock's full menu, will be dine-in only and available at 11 a.m. Irish drink specials start at 6 a.m. and continue until close. Karaoke begins 8 p.m.
People wanting to celebrate St. Patrick's Day are encouraged to join 987 The Big Boy on location for a chance to win club seats to see country music star Shania Twain at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln on May 19. The radio station will be broadcasting for 13 hours, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., with interviews and conversations with city officials, The Rock staff, and party-goers.
The Rock Sports Bar & Grill will have the first round of the NCAA Basketball Tournament on several of their TVs.
The first St. Patrick's Day party hosted by the Sidney radio station took place at the Hillside Bar & Grill in Sidney in 2013.
