The Potter-Dix High School boys basketball team will be headed to the district finals to face-off against Falls City Sacred Heart on Tuesday at Kearney Catholic High School.

The game, that was supposed to be played today until a mid-week blast of winter weather delayed the sub-district finals will now be held on a school day and the school finds themselves trying to get students, staff and supporters to Kearney for a Tuesday showdown.

Potter Dix Schools plans to dismiss elementary school students at the Dix campus at 12:15 p.m. on the 28th while junior-senior high students will be dismissed from the Potter campus at 12:30 p.m. This will give all students the opportunity to eat lunch before school is released for the day.

Parent teacher conferences originally scheduled for Tuesday, February 28th will now be held Thursday, March 2nd from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Elementary school students will be released at 1:30 p.m. on the 2nd and junior-senior high school students will be released at 1:47 p.m.

Classes will not be held Friday, March 3rd. A date that was already on the calendar.
