DIX, Ne. -- Potter-Dix Elementary School staff recently recognized their students of the month.

Students of the month are: Third Grade - Cooper Malone, Second Grade - Rainlee Carson, First Grade - Jarrett Pelster, Kindergarten - Emaleigh Vrtako; and Back Row left to right: Sixth Grade- Devani Frerichs, Fifth Grade - Giacomo Varra, and Fourth Grade Swayzee Carson. 

Students are selected based on the following criteria: 

1. Follow the Coyote Code - Be respectful, responsible, productive and safe!
2. Turn in quality work on time
3. Complete and return homework on time
4. Have good attendance
5. Demonstrate Coyote Pride.
