Sidney VA Clinic temporarily reduced to four-day week
SIDNEY -- The Cheyenne VA Health Care System has announced that the Sidney clinic will be temporarily scaling back hours of operation at Sidney from five to four days a week.
This allows for much needed healthcare to veterans in Sterling, Colo., according to Paul Roberts, Director of Cheyenne VA Healthcare System.
"We appreciate your patience while we continue to recruit staff for our rural clinics. Once that is completed, we will return to providing services five days a week," Roberts said in a letter to veterans.
For any veteran needing assistance on Wednesdays, Sidney veterans can still call in to leave a message for the PACT Nurse/Provider or use Secure Messaging as with any other day. We will have an RN covering calls and messages. The numbers are 308-254-6085 and follow the prompts, or 307-778-7550 option 2, then option 2 again.
