Scottsbluff officers responded to physical disturbance at gas station

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Officers responded to the Maverik gas station in regard to a physical disturbance.

The reporting party stated that 26-year-old Elliot Morgan came into Maverik and started an altercation with another man.

He poked the man in the chest and touched his chin, which started the fight.

Once officers approached Morgan he tried running away.

Police had to take him to the ground.

Morgan was arrested on Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction, and Resisting Arrest.
