POTTER -- The summer celebration of motorized vehicle, music and all things community starts Friday at 5 p.m. in Potter.

Throughout the weekend, there will be live music including Lee Lippstrew (lead singer for Mud County); El Loco Fandango (a ZZ Top cover band); GBR - Gabe, Brett, Rick (contemporary and classics); Blake Brigmon (multi-genre singer, songwriter); Dusty Wilson (Country, Rock and Blues); the Stahla Ford Band (Rock, Country and Blues) and the Juke Joint Cruisers (Rock-a-Billy band).

Lippstrew and El Loco Fandango will be entertaining Friday evening at the Railroad Park Pavilion. GBR starts Saturday morning at the Potter State Bank parking lot. Blake Brigmon, followed by Dusty Wilson, will be at Chuckaboo Station. The Stahla Ford Band will be at the pavilion in Railroad Park 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the Juke Joint Cruisers at the pavilion 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Friday night begins at 5 p.m. with the Bounce House, and the Beer Garden opening. Free spray tattoos will be available at 6 p.m. At 8 p.m., the barbecue contestants meet and they can start set-up.

Saturday events start early with the gates to the car show opening at 8 a.m. Car registration will be at The Chuckaboo Station. Judging begins at 11 a.m.

The Bounce Houses, Potter Museum and Craft Fair open at 9 a.m. 

A Silent Auction will be held 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the McConnell Tent.

Duck Pin Bowling, train rides from the PlainsWest CASA tent and a "Hot Line" demo by Highwest Energy is scheduled for 10 a.m. Also at 10 a.m., the gates open to "BBQ and Brews" at Railroad Park. Beer and wine tasting and a live auction are scheduled for 2 p.m. at Railroad Park. 

On Sunday, an open mic event is scheduled for 2 p.m. at Hangar 39.
