Last Friday Kimball Police were called to the 100 block of West 2nd St to investigate a suspicious person that had been reported in the area. When officers police arrived, the suspect was on the ground sleeping while covered up.

When police approached the suspect in an attempt to identify him and speak with him, the suspect put up a struggle with police. He was subdued and taken into custody.

Nicholas Miesbach, age 29, was arrested and charged with Criminal Impersonation and Obstruction in the case.
