SIDNEY -- Hometown Liquor in Sidney today presented a check in the amount of $1,552 to Sidney School District Food Services program.
Each month, a selected charity benefits from Hometown Liquor's RoundUp Program.The RoundUp Program is for customers to "round up" to the next dollar, or more, on their purchase. The proceeds are awarded to a specific cause or charity.
In September, a total of 2,158 contributions were made for the Sidney School Lunch Program, for a total of $1,051.73. The grand total of contributions to the Sidney food services program is $1,552.
For October, the RoundUp program is supporting the Leyton Public Schools Athletic Booster Club.
Toys for Tots will be the recipient for November, and Potter for December.
