SIDNEY (October 24, 2023) -- A medical emergency resulted in a three-vehicle accident and three people treated at Sidney Regional Medical Center.

Two people were transported to Sidney Regional Medical Center and a third examined at the scene following a three-car collision at 10th Avenue and Pine Street at 4:43 p.m. 

Tyson Heesacker, of Sidney, was driving a white 2010 Chevrolet Equinox south on 10th Avenue when he experienced a medical emergency and the car veered to the left into the turning lane as Deborah Lewis, of Sidney, was driving a 1994 GMC Sonoma pickup truck north and entering the turning lane to the west. The collision between Heesacker's Equinox and Lewis's pickup pushed the pickup south into a third vehicle, a 2007 GMC Yukon SUV driven by Kelsey May Green of Sidney.
