Authorities contacted the Northeastern Regional SWAT Team. Weld County SWAT also assisted with the incident.

A second suspect, a female identified as Alecia Gillet, 49, also exited the property. She was found to have an active felony warrant for her arrest.

Makuski and Duchesne had active felony warrants and are facing additional charges out of Washington and Logan County from the February 16 incident.

The investigation is ongoing and all charges are still being determined, according to a press release from the Logan County Sheriff's Office.  The names of the juveniles will not be released, and they are not facing charges from the Logan County Sheriff's Department. It was unknown at the time the report was released if the juveniles will face charges from Washington County for their involvement in the theft.
