SHERIDAN COUNTY - The Sheridan County Sheriff's office responded to a fatality accident involving an ATV and tractor south of Hay Springs in rural Sheridan County on Friday. 

According to the Sheridan County Attorney's Office, the ATV was driven by a five-year-old boy when it went in front of a tractor driven by a family member. The boy was transported by medical ambulance to Chadron Community Hospital. 

The incident involved a family from Sidney. The name of the family was not released by the Sheridan County Attorney's Office.
