The South Patte Valley Association have announced their girls and boys basketball All-Conference selections for the 2023-24 season. Conference champion Bridgeport had nine overall All-Conference selections, followed by Chase County with six, Hershey and Perkins County each with five, Kimball and North Plat St. Pats with four, and Sutherland with three.

The Bridgeport Lady Bulldogs garnered five All-Conference awards. Senior Olivis Loomis-Goltl and sophomore Ella Schluterbusch earned first team recognition. Junior Tracey From and senior Grace Dean were named to the Second Team, while freshman Olivia Brown picked up an Honorable Mention. Kimball sophomore Addy Olson also earned an Honorable Mention.

Bridgeport and Chase County paced the boys All-Conference accolades with four honorees each. Senior Kolby Lussetto and Sophomore Gage Nein were selected to the First Team along with Kimball senior Brandon Paxton. Longhorn junior Kyler Lusche was selected on the Second Team. Honorable Mentions awards were earned by Bridgeport freshmen Hayes Watts and Landon Dean as well as Kimball sophomore Braxton Miller.
