STERLING, Colo, -- The Logan County Arts League announces the 2024 line-up for the “signature” summer concert series - July Jamz.

Now in its 20th season, July Jamz will feature two returning powerhouse groups and three newcomers to the Logan County Courthouse Square that will fill the lawn around the gazebo. Once again, overlapping with the Art Of BBQ, week one is on Friday, June 28 - and, back by popular demand is The Long Run, Colorado’s tribute to the Eagles.

July 5th will include a duo by the name of Rebel Wind featuring singer/songwriters Angela Perry and Steve Paul with a unique, energetic and fierce style of blues and rock.

July 12th features a mash-up of the classical, rock and pop music that only Spinphony can produce. So, “whether you’re a fan of Bach, AC/DC, Journey or Mozart, the virtuosic ladies will have you rocking out to the greatest melodies of all time”.

The other returning “powerhouse” on July 19 is Eef and the Blues Express. EBE has opened for national acts including Coco Montoya, Tommy Castro, Samantha Fish and Nick Moss, and were semi-finalists at the 2017 International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN.

Closing out the summer concert series on July 26 is 22-year-old Lincoln, Neb., native Ingrid Griffin. Griffin is an aspiring country music artist who “is hitting all the right notes” as she performs with her dad, who doubles as her drummer. As always, July Jamz is on the courthouse square in Sterling and is free to the public. Food and other vendors will be on hand, as well as a beer garden manned by the Logan County Chamber of Commerce.
