Creating HOPE for a good cause
The Sidney Creative District is trying to spread hope through art. Local artists can pick up canvases at the city office to create a "Hope" inspired piece of art. The finished art will be displayed in local businesses until the Night of Hope.

SIDNEY -- The Sidney Creative District is trying to spread hope through art.
Local artists can pick up an 8 x10 or an 11 x 14 canvas at the city office to create a "Hope" inspired piece of art. The finished art will be displayed in local businesses until the Night of Hope cancer walk held at Legion Park in Sidney on August 9th. The art will then be auctioned off with the proceeds going to "Night of Hope."
A link to register to participate can be found at the Sidney Creative District Facebook page. Completed canvases are to be turned in to the Sidney City Office by June 28.
