Second annual USA Cycling Gravel National Championships returns to Gering September 8

GERING -- USA Cycling is excited to announce a $40,000 prize purse for the Elite races at the upcoming Gravel National Championships. For the second year in a row, the event is set to take place in Gering, Nebraska, and will feature the nation's top gravel racers competing for a share of the prize purse and a shot at winning a National Title.

“We are pleased to offer a $40,000 prize purse for the Elite races, with an equal pay out for men and women. As an organization, we are committed to supporting the sport of gravel racing, and this prize purse is testament to that,” said Kyle Knott, USA Cycling’s Director of National Events.

Gravel Nationals will feature both Amateur and Elite races, providing a competitive opportunity for all participants. This year's courses, identical to last year's, offer varied distances of 131.1, 88.2, 56.9, and 24.8 miles. The official course maps can be found here.
