KIMBALL -- Employees at Kimball Health Services spent November collecting donations for the Kimball Food pantry.

The employees collected two shopping carts overflowing with food and several bags of warm winter coats.

The donations went to the Kimball Food Pantry, which is always in need of donations to make a difference for local families. Community members can still give support by donating directly to the food pantry.

People can drop off food in the basket at the Main Street Market or can drop anything else off to Chellie Autrey who works at the hospital and is also the Kimball Food Pantry Director.

Autrey said the food pantry is in most need of breakfast foods right now for Kimball families.

Kimball Health Services is collecting warm clothing through December. Items can be dropped off in the box in the hospital’s lobby.

“They collected a lot of stuff, and we need a lot during the holidays, so it really helped fill our shelves up,” Autrey said.
