Wheat Belt customers near Lisco experiencing outages

Wheat Belt Public Power District crews are repairing downed power poles north of Lisco.

LISCO -- Wheat Belt Public Power District is reporting outages north of Lisco.

The outage are attributed to downed power lines resulting from the high winds. Wheat Belt officials  are reporting crews are in the area repairing the damage. As of this time, damage is limited to north of Lisco.

"The only outage we currently have is north of Lisco.  We had one line down on the ground, which has now been repaired and the crews are getting ready to re-energize that line," said Kelli Chaon, Wheat Belt Public Power District Customer Engagement Manager.
