KIMBALL -- The Kimball boys wrestling team was in action Friday in Sutherland where three of the five wrestlers took home medals.

Competing in the 106-weight class, Mason Holmes took home a gold medal, making this his fourth tournament of the year that he has won. Also competing in the 106-weight class, Jax Toth placed fifth. Cody Brinkman placed second in the 150-weight class, earning a silver medal. Peter Russell placed third in the 175-weight class, earning a bronze medal. 

Coach Scott Noah commended his team on the impressive tournament with three of the five wrestlers medaling and the team as a whole placing fourth. 

Boys and girls wrestling will be in action in Sidney Saturday at 8:30 a.m.
