Scottsbluff man arrested after multi-county pursuit
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. — A Scottsbluff man was taken into custody Wednesday night after leading law enforcement on a multi-county pursuit in the Nebraska Panhandle.
The Nebraska State Patrol said the incident began at 11:10 p.m. when troopers received a report of a stolen Chevrolet Impala traveling east on Highway 92, east of Gering. A trooper in the area spotted the vehicle speeding and attempted a traffic stop, but the driver accelerated and fled.
