HASTINGS, Neb. – The GICC Crusaders only scored 12 points in the first half, but found their stride in the second half for their 9th win this season. 

Turnovers plagued both sides in the first two quarters, with both teams combining for 23 giveaways at the break. 

Adams Central led 13-12 at halftime, but GICC led 29-23 after the third quarter.

GICC's Anna Tibbetts made her presence known scoring 14 of her game-high 19 points in the second half, and recorded multiple key steals and made free throws to snuff out the Adams Central offense. 

The Crusaders held pace throughout the 4th quarter to win 46-36. Tibbetts led GICC with 19 points, and Ava Katzberg led Adams Central with seven points. 

GICC improved to 8-6 for their third straight win, and Adams Central fell to 7-7.
