It will be located at the lots to the South of Home Depot and East of Viaero Wireless.
The company will be owned and operated by a local group of investors.
The Express car wash address is 1010 W 29th St, Scottsbluff.
The name of the new Car Wash will be Shaggy Buffalo Car Wash.
