Cheyenne County buzzing about annual banquet

The Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual banquet this Saturday night, and those expecting to attend have plenty to talk about.

The chamber will be handing out a whopping 13 awards for businesses and individuals this year, starting with the “The New Business of the Year" award. Chamber leaders say the award represents a business that brings the community together in a positive way. 

The celebration, which will have a “Roaring 20s” theme, will also be giving out its “Citizen of The Year" award, as well as awards for "Community Impact," and "Community Leader."

The banquet will take place this Saturday at 6pm at the Sidney Fair Grounds.
