Light snow, bitter cold hits western Nebraska Wednesday

SIDNEY, NE — Southern Nebraska Panhandle residents are dealing with light snow and bitter cold temperatures Wednesday morning. 

Feels like temperatures below zero combined with slick roads complicated the morning commute. Snow is expected to end Wednesday afternoon into the evening, but cold wind chills of around -20º overnight will be the main concern.
