Donations for the Panhandle Humane Society
The Panhandle Humane Society is hosting an event where you can get 'smooches from pooches'.

By News Channel NebraskaSCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - On February 12th from 10 am-2 pm there will be an event located at the Monument Mall in Scottsbluff named Smooches for Pooches.
At this event, you can get your picture taken in the kissing booth with an animal of your choice.
They will be accepting donations to help out the local animal shelter which is the Panhandle Humane Society.
