Scottsbluff police arrest man after disturbance call

Authorities arrested a Nebraska Panhandle man after Scottsbluff police responded to a call of a male subject yelling and cursing at his partner.

SCOTTSBLUFF - Authorities arrested a Nebraska Panhandle man after Scottsbluff police responded to a call of a male subject yelling and cursing at his partner.

Adrian Solis, 31, was arrested on charges of Domestic Assault by Intimidation, Obstructing an Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Assault on an Officer.

Solis is accused of taking a picture off the wall and smashing it, and throwing a towel at his partner. The partner said he felt he was in danger. 

When Solis saw police arrive at the residence, he closed and locked a screen door while continuing to curse and yell at his partner. 

While be placed under arrest, Solis is accused of running from and assaulting officers. He punched one officer in the right forearm and kicked the other in the knee.
