Northeastern Hosts Two Day Golf Tournament at Sky Ranch in Sterling

After a streak of bad weather kept the Northeastern golf teams off the course for competition last week, they came back strong during their home tournament showcase. 

Sky Ranch Golf Course hosted the two-day tournament as NJC played against regional teams as the season is coming to an end. 

Plainsman Matt Campbell tied for 1st place with a two round score of four under while Plainswoman golfer Kylee Monaco finished in 4th place. 

Both the men and women overall took 2nd place in each field. 

This tournament was the last regular season tournament for the Plainswomen and the Plainsmen have two remaining tournaments in Wyoming before their post season play. 

Northeastern travels to compete in the Central Wyoming College (Riverton) tournament this week on Thursday (21st) and Friday (22nd).
