SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. -- A woman was arrested for meth charges after reportedly rummaging through other citizens belongings.

On May 5th, Scottsbluff police responded to a disturbance call where a man told police he arrived home as saw 37-year-old Lisa Guerue going through his mail and his items in his apartment. The victim reportedly told authorities he believed she put his mail in her backpack, and left on a bike.

Authorities reportedly located Guerue at West 20th Street and Char Avenue. Guerue indicated she did not take anything. When police searched her backpack they reported finding a syringe of meth.
