CHAPPELL - Jarrette Schwartz scored six total touchdowns and the South Platte football team secured their first win of the season with a 70-26 victory over district rival Creek Valley Friday night in Chappell. 

The 5'11" sophomore finished with four rushing touchdowns, one passing and one receiving. Schwartz had 85 yards of total offense. 

Brayden Einspahr led the Knights on the ground with 133 yards and two touchdowns. He also returned a kickoff 55 yards for a score. 

South Platte (1-3) finished with 346 yards of total offense, 111 yards passing and 235 yards rushing. They'll host Garden County (3-1) next Friday in Big Springs at 7 p.m.

Creek Valley Freshman Zander Polk threw for 249 yards and three touchdowns on 9-20 passing. Senior Seth Wilbur caught two of the touchdowns and finished with 124 receiving yards. 

The Storm (0-5) ended the evening with 300 yards of total offense. They'll travel to Harrisburg next Friday to play Banner County (1-3) at 7 p.m.
