Hospital officials caution public of suspicious telephone calls

SIDNEY -- Sidney Regional Medical Center officials are reporting someone may be misrepresenting the organization.

Staff have received reports from patients that they may have been contacted by false representatives using the hospital's main telephone number. 

If anyone is contacted by a person using the phone number 308-254-5825 and are being asked about purchasing or being sent products unrelated to your specific care at the hospital, SRMC officials encourage you to discontinue the call and hang up. 

SRMC staff encourage contacting local law enforcement regarding any suspicious calls.
