Action will be taken on 16 different cases while the Kimball County Court is in session on Wednesday the 26th.
The two most notable cases to go before the judge this week involve theft suspect Jason A. Wilson and fraud suspect Abraham Espinoza.
Kimball resident Jason A. Wilson will face a felony theft charge and a criminal mischief charge. Wilson is accused of robbing approximately $2000 from a downtown Kimball business that he then vandalized. He will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m.
Florida resident Abraham Espinoza was arrested during his second trip to Kimball to defraud an elderly man. He is accused of taking more than $10,000 in a scam that police were tipped off to by a local bank. He will face felony theft and deception, conspiracy and abuse of a vulnerable adult charges. His arraignment is on the docket immediately following Wilson's.
