Former Bearcat, Husker makes NFL debut Friday

SCOTTSBLUFF - Scottsbluff High School graduate Garrett Nelson made his pro football debut Friday night during the NFL preseason.

The former Nebraska Cornhusker led Miami with four tackles and a sack in the Dolphins 19-3 loss to Atlanta.

All 13 of the Falcons 13 points came in the fourth quarter.

Miami's next preseason game will be next Saturday against Houston.
