Sexual assault suspect in custody

JULESBURG, Colo. -- A 32-year-old man is in custody after a report of a possible sexual assault in Ovid, Colo. 

Larry Michael Hamilton was taken into custody early this morning near Ovid. He was last seen in Ovid about 9 p.m. Monday, September 4 driving a blue 2000 Nissan Xterra with Colorado plates BPB-X87. 

The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Department originally announced Hamilton was believed to be armed. 

The Holyoke Police Department and Phillips County (Colorado) Sheriff's Office assisted with the incident. 

Authorities said Hamilton is innocent until proven guilty.
