Scotts Bluff County to update ambulance contract
GERING, Neb. (KNEP) - Scotts Bluff County will be updating its contract with Valley Ambulance Services.
The contract between Scotts Bluff County and Valley Ambulance Services will now be transferred to Regional West Medical Center. The services offered will not change.
“I’m really excited to come into a good transition and that we can continue the service and the bar that Randy Meininger has set,” said Melvin McNea, Regional West Medical Center CEO.
The transition is expected to take place in October. The county’s attorney and Regional West Medical Center’s attorney still need to finalize the contract before it is brought to the Board of Commissioners for final approval.
