Hometown Liquor, customers, support Leyton Schools

Hometown Liquor and its customers donated $1,513 to the Leyton Booster Club recently. The donation is a result of the store's "Round Up" program and the store matching the donations with $500.

SIDNEY -- Hometown Liquor recently donated $1,513 to the Leyton High. School Booster Club.

The donation is a result of Hometown Liquor's "Roundup" program. Customers have the opportunity of rounding up their purchase with the additional proceeds donated to a specific charity or organization.

For September,  Hometown Liquor presented a check in the amount of $1,552 to Sidney School District Food Services program.

 

Each month, a selected charity benefits from Hometown Liquor's RoundUp Program.The RoundUp Program is for customers to "round up" to the next dollar, or more, on their purchase. The proceeds are awarded to a specific cause or charity. Hometown Liquor donates $500 in addition to what is rounded up by its customers.

 

For November the RoundUp program is supporting the Toys for Tots program.
