SIDNEY -- The scheduled Easter Egg Hunt started the morning with a hint of winter as children and adults lined up for the morning activity.

Children stood at the ready with the bags and containers, ready to race for their fill of chocolate and candy-filled plastic eggs.

There will also be a limited number of "Golden Eggs" that qualifies a child for prizes.

Nearly 10,000 eggs were prepared for this morning's celebration. Fields were divided by age group.

Supporters included Walmart, Arbys, Dunkin Donuts, Runza, and Dairy Queen.
