SIDNEY -- Due to strong winds causing power outages, primarily beyond city boundaries, the Sidney School District administration decided to suspend all bus services outside Sidney city limits for tomorrow, Monday, April 8. This includes all rural routes.

The measure prioritizes the safety of both the District's drivers and passengers. Buses within the city limits will operate as usual, and all schools will maintain their regular schedules April 8.

Families who reside outside of the city limits and encounter challenges in transporting a student to school can contact your school Monday morning, April 8.

As of today, the District expects to resume normal bus operations Tuesday, April 9.
