Meteorologist: All severe weather modes possible Monday for Sidney region

The cities of Sidney, Chappell, Oshkosh, Sterling and Julesburg are in an "enhanced risk" (level three out of five) for severe weather Monday afternoon through midnight, according to the National Weather Service office in Cheyenne.

SIDNEY - The cities of Sidney, Chappell, Oshkosh, Sterling and Julesburg are in an "enhanced risk" (level three out of five) for severe weather Monday afternoon through midnight, according to the National Weather Service office in Cheyenne.

The NWS says large hail will be the primary threat, however all weather hazards are possible from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., including damaging winds and "a tornado or two."
