Kimball students earn ribbons in Land Judging Competition

Three Kimball students earned ribbons at the FFA Land Judging competition, with the team earning 5th place.

KIMBALL -- Three Kimball students earned ribbons at the FFA Land Judging competition in Sidney on Oct. 2. 

Trey Cook got 14th place with a score of 187, Wyatt Cook got 18th with a score of 183, and Clarika Hottell got 34th with a score of 164. Both the Cook boys earned red ribbons and Hottell earned a white ribbon.  

The team had a total score of 686 and placed 5th out of 10th, just missing out on qualifying for the state competition. 

Nolan cook got 45th with a score of 152. Miles Anderson got 47th with a score of 149. Jax Toth got 49th with a score of 145. Weston Hottell got 70th with a score of 120. Lane Cook got 82nd with a score of 79. Jarrett Schutz got 84th with a score of 64.
