SCOTTSBLUFF - Comedian Larry the Cable Guy, originally of Pawnee City, is bringing his signature humor back home with “Larry’s Nebraska Road Trip,” a comedy tour set to visit small towns across the state this winter, including stops in Scottsbluff and Chadron.

The tour kicks off Jan. 23, 2025, in Kearney, with stops in Norfolk, Central City, Falls City and York with all proceeds benefiting local theater programs in each community.

“I’ve spent a lot of time traveling the United States, but there’s nothing like sharing some laughs with folks in small towns across Nebraska,” Larry said. “These people have been my biggest supporters, and I can’t wait to put on a great show and give back to the places that shaped me.”

The tour will feature all-new material celebrating the humor and hardworking spirit of Nebraska. Larry, known for his one-liners and “Git-R-Done!” catchphrase, rose to fame as part of the Blue Collar Comedy phenomenon. His career spans stand-up, acting and voice work, including his beloved role as Mater in Pixar's Cars franchise.

Special guest Nick Hoff will join Larry on the tour, which wraps up March 2, 2025 at Chadron State College.
