Northeast Colorado: Arctic air mass will bring very cold temperatures with overnight wind chills into the negative 10-20`s through Thursday morning. Upper level ridging will usher out this arctic airmass while an increase in moisture should bring mountain snow with some light spillover into the adjacent valleys/high plains alongside another round of high wind.
