Kimball Health Services awards August Employee of the Month

KIMBALL -- Shiloh Carlsen received the Kimball Health Services Employee of the Month for August. 

Carlsen has been a member of the KHS Dietary Staff for a year, and says she is grateful for the nomination. 

“It’s a joy to be able to cook for all the staff here and the Kimball community,” Carlsen said. “I’ve always loved to cook as well as bake, so here in the kitchen at KHS I’m really able to express my creativity by creating new recipes that people seem to really enjoy." 

Each Employee of the Month winner receives an EOM certificate, a lapel pin to be attached to their lanyard or ID card, a $25 gift certificate to a Kimball-area business, an EOM parking space, and a free KHS cafeteria meal each week for the duration of the month.  

Each monthly winner’s name will also be considered for the KHS Employee of the Year award. 

"Shiloh went above and beyond to prepare food for the Foundation golf tournament in addition to her regular dietary duties," the nomination read. "She was here every day while Malessa was on vacation, making sure breakfast was ready, lunch was prepped, and nothing was missed. Your hustle, heart, and reliability haven't gone unnoticed. We appreciate you!"
